Today, because I’m reading Randy Alcorn’s book on Heaven, partially in response to my brother-in-law’s home going, this excites me!
I have been meditating on what God is preparing for us, even now. I have been pondering what the Earth, and what we, were originally like before sin and death and dying entered in.
I have been picturing landscapes without dead grass and without weeds. I have been anticipating unspeakably sweet fruit, and super-healthy, alive, incredibly green grass.
Imagine what this all would have been like without evil. Heaven will be something like that, I think.
