I know that many of our readers couldn’t care less about fashion, but all of us care something about clothes.  Even those of us who say they don’t care about clothes at least, I hope, wear them every day.  We at least want to look good, or at least decent, or at least presentable, or at least not bad.  We may not follow the design aesthetic of the day, or the city where we live, or the office where we work, or the station in life where we find ourselves, but we follow some aesthetic.  We all have a look.  The Sartorialist is an interesting blog of mostly pictures, pictures of people’s looks.  As the writer says:

I started The Sartorialist simply to share photos of people that I saw on the streets of New York that I thought looked great. When I worked in the fashion industry (15 years), I always felt that there was a disconnect between what I was selling in the showroom and what I was seeing real people (really cool people) wearing in real life.
