Only electroshock treatments will work to cure what ails them. I am enthusiastically behind a federal government program, that they can raise my taxes as much as they need to, in order to provide this necessary, if electrifying, mental treatment for all socialists commonly called liberals, lefties, progressives and democrats :-) You will never convince a whack job that we did not go to Iraq because of oil – even if it hits $100 a gallon for them at pump.

We did NOT go to Iraq for the oil. If it were so, the State Department certainly would have informed us as a nation that nuclear devices were detonated on Fallujah, Bagdad and Douchebagistan. Then we would have taken the oil reserves in that country, and gasoline now would be less than $1 instead of the current $3+. Now, realize this too, that I am no military counselor, nor an economist, but I can think for myself. I need nobody to just shove numbers in my general direction, hoping I'll swallow them like congressional doomsday sayers. I actually have a positive outlook for this country. Just try to look at certain indicators of how YOU'RE doing instead on national data. The economy?
