Commencement watch: University of Indiana
This one’s not controversial at all. Indiana invited alumnus and the great New York Times crossword puzzle editor, Will Shortz, to deliver its commencement address. His address, in true Times crossword style, included a few puzzles of its own. Only an Indiana audience would have really enjoyed the speech, but hey, that’s the point.

#1: Yes, this must be a big deal in IN; I incorrectly used U of I when talking to a Purdue student once, and he corrected me!!!
