Who will be Barack’s BFF?

Is is it a good guess that is won’t be John Edwards?

Edwards has a better chance than Hillary.

So many things about Obama are gimmicky. How can people follow him blindly, as they do?
If this were a televangelist sending out blessings via text messaging, everyone would point out how hoaky and smarmy it was.

He might pick Jesse Jackson, that would thrill Jackson! Or he might pick Caroline Kennedy, LOL, after all she’s on his advisory staff. We haven’t heard a peep behind the closed doors regarding Caroline, maybe she’s the BIG SURPRISE!

ok…….maybe I am not that “with it” Mickey, so come clean! (ha! ha!)
what does BFF mean?

Big Fat Fony!

BFF is used online and in texting (and elsewhere) to designate your very best friend in the whole wide world. It stands for “Best Friends Forever.”
It helps to have a 12-year-old daughter like I do.
Of course, if you have to explain the jokes …

I’ve heard that term many times Mickey, kids say it, ’some’ adults say, but it doesn’t match up to who Obama might pick as his V.P. -

Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson?
Perhaps Jeremiah Wright?

MIM, now that would be a front page story! But the two of them would fight over who would get to talk, I guess Wright would win, CAUSE he can bellow the loudest!

It will be someone willing to take the back seat and just be a token.

I think it just might be Evan Byah, to keep the connection to JFK’s Camelot alive without having to use someone as inexperienced as Caroline Kennedy.

You might be right. I just have to wonder WHY Obama asked Caroline Kennedy to be in the ‘group’ to look for a V.P. – It’s not on the news, the DEM’s have not made one single comment about her, but yet, there she was on the front page for days —- and now NOTHING!
The fact that news, news wires, everything is mum regarding Caroline Kennedy, it doesn’t make sense.
If Obama does choose Caroline Kennedy, then what? It’s not out of the question, but it certainly isn’t in the news YET!

Good try, Bob (that is, if you are referring to Mrs Obama and not our own WMBer of that name). But I believe there is some law that says the Pres and VP cannot be from the same state. So perhaps Michelle Obama should move over to Indiana or something.

PeterL–I suppose Michelle could move; Hillary did the smae thing to get to be a New York senator instead of an Arkansas senator

Kimberly – you are joking right?
