WorldMagBlog scoops Slate!
Kind of. Compare this 9/10 Slate headline with this 9/4 WMB headline. It might not be a scoop, but it’s clearly a kind of zeitgeist soothsaying.

Didja hear how the Demo attack machine has done started gunning at Palin’s Assemblies of God church? Shame on you Maureen Dowd

Did anyone read how the Democrats (and Obama) have sent 30 people to Alaska to look into Palin’s background?

Congrats on the scoop!
This talk of dreaming proves that the Killa from Wasilla (ht: Jay Nordlinger) has, at the very least, proved thought-provoking.

Change?
Yes, please.
Thanks.

I dreamed last night that Palin came up missing and McCain asked me to take her place. I was really worried about a speech I had to make but they found her in time and I didn’t have to do it.

They didn’t vet you before they asked, KBells?

The best one was a national cable channel which shall be unnamed went to Alaska to ask Palin’s former minister from 6 years ago if she ever spoke in tongues. He said yes, quite often and fluently too – in perfect English.
Next thing you know Mexico will declare war on English Only Alaska and the UN will send Russian peacekeepers to the US border with Mexico to make sure no illegal aliens ……eeerrrrr……I mean immigrants, are harmed. At least we will be able to see how Palin would act as Commander in Chief in this wartime situation

So WMB scoops Slate.
WalMart sells scoops.

Maureen Dowd is the biggest piece of anti-journalistic poop this nation has ever read…..Hey Mark, was that the kind of scoop Wal-Mart is selling?

Hi, Nick Peters. I have decided that trying to talk to you via topic comments is impractical. Please email me at eman_modnar@yahoo.com.
This email works. I keep email comments to me private, though I sometimes comment about a message without identifying the person who sent it or unless the sender gives me permission or the sender has died (VS).
In your case, I will not refer to anything you say to me without your permission.
If you don’t want me to know your email, it’s easy enough to set up a temporary email at a service such as yahoo, hotmail, or google.
Thank you.

You can ask me anything you want. I don’t dodge any questions (or at least I think I don’t).
Especially since the choice comes down to McCain or Obama. I don’t have a horse in that race since the thought of both of those men becoming President depress me.

12. I don’t think I finished writing it. I was probably wasting time blogging or something.

Don’t worry, both of them won’t become President – at least not at the same time.

Just think. If McCain was really a Maverick, not a fake one, he would have picked Hillary as his VP. Even if she refused to serve, it would have been way cool. The MSM wouldn’t have known how to screw who, when or where to screw them or for how long. They might have killed themselves as a result and made everyone happy

We haven’t hit bottom yet …
South Carolina Democratic Chair, Carol Fowler, stated that Sarah Palin’s “primary qualification seems to be that she hasn’t had an abortion.”
Carol Fowler is the wife of the former chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Don Fowler, who made headlines recently by being caught on video remarking how the timing of Hurricane Gustav hitting the U.S. Gulf Coast during the Republican convention showed that God was on the Democrats side.

Xion, I posted part of this on another thread earlier. I’m glad you put it on this one too – the story gives another glaring account of how crass these people are.

I have a dream. I have a dream today people.
I dream about a day when black men don’t call white women pigs with lipstick. I have a dream.
I dream about a time when fat people from South Carolina won’t attack skinny people from Alaska. I have a dream today.
I dream that one day we will have an election not based on the color of one’s skin, but on the gender of the candidate for VP.
I have a dream today.

I bet Molly Ivens is rolling over in her grave (or whereever)at having to miss this. Maybe she has sent her spirit to Maureen Dowd…

Xion scoops Victoria
when it came to you mentioning – Don Fowler – “Hurricane Gustav hitting the U.S. Gulf Coast during the Republican convention showed that God was on the Democrats side.”
You told the whole story!
