A close friend, a youth pastor, just died in an auto accident. Your comments fit so appropriately. God has given believers eternal life and that is not just in heaven or just life without end, but a quality of life to live each moment here and now. How naturally I lose sight of the magnificent eternal in the clamor of the temporary. Even in the midst of seeming tragedy and unbearable pain God is here to be His Most wonderful self to us. And it's never going to end.
