I like the Ramirez cartoon that starts out with Obama saying “Government can fix healthcare” and then gives umpteen examples of things that Government “fixed” things that are “broke” (as in “broken” and “no money left”).

RR- The graffiti one probably has to do with the fact that some cities cannot clean up the graffiti fast enough.

Why would we have wanted to included that one SteveG? Every news channel and newspaper has covered that one so it is old news. However these cartoons say in pictures what the majority of Americans are saying and that is “you seriously think the government can run health care?”
The scary part about this whole debate is having lived in the former Soviet Union with universal “health” care where when people go into the “government-run” hospital they begin planning for the funeral because the doctors that are being pushed through medical school to fill the needs are way under qualified.
Welcome to universal death care as they call it in the former Soviet Union.

#6 SteveG. Let’s take these one by one, shall we?
- Obama wants to unplug Granny. Well, that’s exactly what Obama’s Health Czar Dr (Death) Emanuel wants to do. He chastises doctors who follow the Hippocratic Oath.
- We truly want health reform, honest. True. Republicans have put forth several plans that are far better than Obama’s government nightmare. Whole Foods produced very good recommendations. A petition of 1.3 million Americans proposes a better plan.
- Obama wants to give free health care to illegal aliens True. The 47 million number he quotes includes illegal aliens. Illegal aliens have free health care now. And Democrats have opposed several amendments to require validation of citizenship. So even though the bill does not specifically support them, it will do nothing to prevent it.
- Obama is an illegal alien False. He is an American citizen, though I question his values.
- Obama wants to kill your dog False. But he supports you killing your children.
